Project Signing Ceremony : A new project at "JOLSHIRI ABASHON"

A Joint Venture Agreement was signed on 6th June 2021 between RANCON Development and Edison Properties Limited (EPL) to develop an Exclusive Condominium Project at Bashundhara Residential Area with premium facilities.

Managing Director of EPL, Mr. Jakaria Shahid, CEO Mr. Nurerzaman Chowdhury and Managing Director of RANCON Mr. Sajid Karim and Group Managing Director of Rangs Properties Limited Mr. Romo Rouf Choudhury was present at the signing ceremony.

Edison Properties Celebrates New Year 2023

Edison Properties Limited(EPL) proudly launched its second project of Savar DOHS,Savar Cantonment,Savar named "BLUE HELMET" at Plot#359,Road#14.To mark the occasion a 'Project Signing Ceremony' was organized at EPL-Head Office on September 06,2021.The Honorable Landowner Lt.Col.Abu Md.Sayedur Rahman,psc,EB (retd) and the Honorable Managing Director of EPL Mr.Jakaria Shahid have signed the agreement.CEO of EPL Mr.Nurerzaman Chowdhury and Mrs.Sayedur Rahman were also present in the ceremony.
