A Joint Venture Agreement was signed on 6th June 2021 between RANCON Development and Edison Properties Limited (EPL) to develop an Exclusive Condominium Project at Bashundhara Residential Area with premium facilities. Managing Director of EPL, Mr. Jakaria Shahid, CEO Mr. Nurerzaman Chowdhury and Managing Director of RANCON Mr. Sajid Karim and Group Managing Director of Rangs Properties Limited Mr. Romo Rouf Choudhury was present at the signing ceremony.
